Quarantine exercise

Can anyone advise or post links to some good home work outs?
I have been walking lots and making great progress with losing weight and I'm scared that working from home / staying in will undo that.


I am now under 200 :) And am wearing things that have not fit me for a long time.

Awesome job. Keep going till you get to the weight you want! If you can, try running/jogging. Helps get the heart rate up and keep it up to burn more calories. I've been doing that around my neighborhood more since Covid, and also cutting my meal sizes since I LOVE to snack so much.
