I don't think I question mine. I value those in my life, and I value myself. I do question at times if those around me feel same

Pretty frequently, but not nearly as much as i used to. Couple of years ago i got brought down to my lowest and had no idea who I was anymore. There was no where to go but up. I had to start rebuilding and part of that meant sorting out how others had treated me. I had beliefs about myself that had been built by others who controlled me. Some of those beliefs were very deep and made over a long time so it was hard to get rid of them. My self worth is much better than it was, but Im more confident now and wasnt able to do it alone.

All the time, I don't think I deserve most of the things I have in my life and all I do is struggle and cause people more stress and pain. I try my best for everyone and it's never enough. I wish I was better for the one's I care about but I'm not

but .. Im feeling stuck .. mired in issues driven by others .. to the point my life feels like its lived more for them than myself

Those types of thoughts would drive me crazy. I am a worthy person but if others can't see that, it's not my fault.
