What's your reasons for joining SW?

I like how I can meet people from anywhere and everywhere here. Because the people here are just so different from those I normally hang out with it helps me learn more about the world and where different people come from. Keeps me honest and so forth.

i joined because of a boy lol, but i’ve stayed since because i’ve met some amazing friends here. n i appreciate that sw is such a small community, i like that everyone has a chance to be heard unlike other sites. i don’t really use much social media outside of sw so it feels like a home here

I joined the site when it transitioned from Experience Project to Similar Worlds, so I could continue to have interactions with folks that transitioned to the new site and to make new contacts that shared the same life or were willing to listen and to share theirs with me.

My reason for joining SW is connecting with people of whom I might have mutual interests with.

It's like an on-line "Gathering of the Tribes," so to speak.

It's such a long time ago now that I'm not entirely sure why I joined SW. I was on EP before but not very active. But regardless of why I joined, I stayed because of Jonno01.

i came from EP seeking help with my severe sexual addictions and other weird"things." I found help on my own and then just blended in with the other weirdlings. since then i come and go at will.

Followed a couple friends over from EP. They are long gone from here but I still keep coming back to hang out.

Since 2011 i've been using q n' a sites and SW is just the current iteration of it for me. Nowadays it's much more depersonalized which means smooth sailing .....:)

I came here from Ep so ive been here awhile. I enjoy coming here to find a way to laugh in the seriousness of everyday life.

I was disabled and bored when I joined EP. Migrated over when SW opened. Now I'm still disabled and bored, although much less disabled.

I was looking for the perfect pancake recipe. Still looking.

I don’t even remember how I found this place anymore but I stayed because I like seeing what people get up to. Also sometimes I just feel like talking

I was lonely and missing sex a lot. SW fills those gaps in my life.

Im just lonely. Unfortunately though there's a lot of disappointment to be had on this site.

I was here since the first week. On my original account anyway. Then EP before that. I don't remember why I joined EP originally

I jumped over from EP and kept in touch with some of the friends I had from there

I was on the older site experience project it shut down so when this became available I migrated over here

It's been so long, I can't really remember why I came here. Probably sexless marriage.

6 years on E,P. when they closed the doors. I got kicked overhear to S.W.

The original Stumbleupon and then SodaHead are now in the "once were" category.

And amirite, too...

These days I'm not even sure. I might disappear from here one day, sooner than later. I feel very much estranged to this place and most people here, like a puppet no longer having a place in the puppetry.
