For me .. I think I found the person ive been looking for but they haven't logged on for 2 years so I hope the see my message 1 day . My little situation that fell thru with an irish guy was just happen stance 😝

@hunkalove I have a near-perfect pancake technique.
Using two small frying pans, one slightly larger than the other.
After mixing the mixture in a bowl, add a few knifefuls of butter into the small pan and melt the butter over the heat, then pour the batter into the pan.
When it's cooked enough, you add a few knifefuls of butter into the slightly larger pan, melt the butter and flip the half-cooked pancake into the other pan to cook the other side.
Once it's sufficiently cooked, flip it onto your plate, add some syrup and enjoy.
