Let me pose a serious question to my friends and post and reply to steady recipients here.

Say we all met in real life for breakfast and a day just enjoying life together in person as real friends do. Would you be comfortable with me dressed as Willa, or would you want me to be dressed as my regular William self.

Be honest, because I have sat here and thought how wonderful some of you all are here, and if we ever met in person as "Friends" how would you feel comfortable with me being, especially since you all 99.9% of you here only know me as Willa.

This is just a God's honest simple question I have pondered for quite a while, and I decided to ask it openly without any judgement either way to your honest replies.

Sincerely Willa that can be known as William at different times.

I would be open and enjoy either Willa or William. Because it's not someone's clothes , who they are to me. Or their hair... Or even gender. If we're friends it's because of who you are🌸🌻 So it's your choice. 🙂
I will say I was always curious how you appear in your William self too. But is it truly important, no.

I want to meet you as who you are. Being a fellow PTSD sufferer I understand completely how you want to do what makes you fell better ( being Willa). However, it's William that I want to meet. A man’s man. A warrior, a patriot, a skilled Carpenter, a hunter and woodsman! Those things make up the wonderful things that created William. The horrors and pain that created Willa would break my heart. I have no problem or issue with Willa other than if she is present, you are in pain. 😊

@TexChik Excellent my dear lady excellent. Meeting you and your hubby at breakfast I would be William and maybe do a hog hunt of fishing excursion after breakfast and coffee.

I would have to know your hubby was comfortable with me as Willa. I would not want to upset you or your hubby, but I am open to share if that is what was okay to do.

I want YOU to be comfortable and happy in YOUR skin! If I have a problem with the way someone else dresses than I'm the one with the problem, not them. You're not hurting anyone. Be you and your tribe will show up on your terms. I feel we should be ourselves no matter what. I learned this a little to late in life. I've fully embraced it. Honestly, id like to meet you as William, but be part of the fun of the process of creating Willa.
Ive secretly wanted to have a go at doing your makeup for ages.

Im a plain jane myself and fully get into 'the creation' of 'a look'.

Dressing up is so much fun. Especially when its more than one person.
Its nice to have someone else say - "ooh that looks better", or "that skirt wasnt as good as the other one".
Having someone elses opinion and eye makes you choose stuff you might never have thought of.

So....both i think.
