It's delicious... I've been tasting it, but now it's sitting in the pot until later tonight when I have dinner. Hopefully, it will last a few days and then I'll be on to making chili.
@Ontheroad It makes perfect sense. My mother was vegetarian/vegan for the last 35 years of her life and said she felt much better physically as a result. She didn’t judge meat eaters, (still cooked it for Pop) just said it wasn’t for her anymore.
