I'm really good on the grill. And Im a good baker but not many people love my baked goods because I bake without dairy, grains and refined sugar

I guess camp cooking in a Dutch oven... my favorite to make is jalapeño cheddar and sausage breakfast cornbread.

My grandkids loved my stews. But for company, my go to was either braised lambshanks over polenta or cioppino if crab was in season.

It's not really cooking but every get together I'm involved in, everybody wants me to do the macaroni salad 🤷‍♂

I grill and smoke things, but my specialty would be cashew chicken cooked in my wok. Lynn's is her spaghetti with meat sauce.

My best dishes are Eggplant Parmigiana and Spaghetti with fresh Clams! People like my pizzas too!

I’ve found I excel at pasta dishes. Particularly, shrimp scampi.

Best? I’m not sure, but I’m 💯% the chef for Thanksgiving: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and some veggies based on request. Store bought would be the pies, pumpkin and apple crumb.

Barring that, I make a pretty good stuffed flank steak with a red wine reduction gravy. That’s definitely addicting.

Chilli Con Carne

I'm really good at sausage, beans & chips :) ; but I once made salmon coulibiac with fancy gingered rice and a mornay sauce. Was very proud of myself. If I have the house to myself I do Fettucine Alfredo (wife doesn't like it,) sometimes including chopped fresh herbs.
