For baked spaghetti should I use Mild cheddar or sharp cheddar

I made it a long long time ago but don’t remember the cheeses I used or if I should switch it up, anyone got anything else that wild spice it up please tell me

Sharp. But if you want to spice it up a little, some cayenne in the cheese sauce adds some to the flavor.

Sharp cheddar is better for everything unless you're eating it directly by itself, even then it's still better to me

Use the sharp cheddar. You need a tiny bit of extra oomph to stand up to all that pasta.

The Old Spaghetti Factory sells a mizithra Romano blend that is just fucking amazing. I don't know if they have that chain where you are, and if you don't, I'm so sorry.
