For baked spaghetti should I use Mild cheddar or sharp cheddar

Both are fine but I use Mozzarella

Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Romano

Sharp. But if you want to spice it up a little, some cayenne in the cheese sauce adds some to the flavor.

I like Mozzarella and asiago cheese

Sharp cheddar is better for everything unless you're eating it directly by itself, even then it's still better to me

Use the sharp cheddar. You need a tiny bit of extra oomph to stand up to all that pasta.

Something stronger... Go for an Italian parmesan
