What's your favorite type of cheesecake

Well now....this is a very serious question. I don't want to offend any cheesecakes.

Id say my all times favorite is baked cheesecake with a hint of lemon.... with either lemon butter or raspberry sauce.

My sister made me a choc/peppermint one once, decorated with after dinner mints cut into triangles.

It was rich....but yummy

Any Berry flavored cheesecake for me! I am a Berry fan.

So hard to pick because all cheesecake is sooo damn good. You could try making Pecan Pie Cheesecake or Tiramisu Cheesecake for a challenge?
