What's your favorite type of cheesecake

Looking for some inspiration lol
Ive made a cinnamon roll cheese, white chocolate raspberry, apple crisp cheesecake, peach crisp cheesecake and just a regular strawberry

Well now....this is a very serious question. I don't want to offend any cheesecakes.

Id say my all times favorite is baked cheesecake with a hint of lemon.... with either lemon butter or raspberry sauce.

My sister made me a choc/peppermint one once, decorated with after dinner mints cut into triangles.

It was rich....but yummy
