Old school polish dish. Galaretka

I’m not a fan of gelatins, but if I were in Poland and it were an option, I’d give it a whirl at least.

It's very vinegary. I finally tried it a few years back, after passing it up every Christmas. Only cause my parents wanted my daughter to try it, so I tried it with her. There now I can say I tried it. Then I moved on to the polish sausage and ham pickle roll ups. 😋

Just like the cannibal sandwich, that big here in Wisconsin, but I believe it's spread out over the mid-west. I'd never try that, cause it's fucking raw!!!

Not if there were other food available. I made a tomato and veg aspic once, and it, at least, looked appetizing. The photo above looks like Spam gone wrong. 🤣
