@SomeMichGuy What are you asking or referring to? Yes this is a polish dish. And, if you're looking for the recipe. I'm sure it's made with pork cuts and gelatin.

I guess gelatin is more ubiquitous than I'd have thought. Gelatin + what you have around. Makes sense.
