I have gotten so used to a relatively low-sodium diet, that I find it very difficult to eat food cooked with a lot of salt.

I am not referring to salty snacks, like potato chips or pretzels. In those, the salt is point. But if someone makes a meatloaf, for example, with a lot of salt, I just can't get it down, even though I love meatloaf.

Although, if I were hungry and that was all that was available, I would force myself to eat some. So, maybe there is no food that I would absolutely refuse to eat under any circumstances.

Organ meat. I know some of it is good for you and it's better to not waste, but I barely eat meat to begin with.

Escargot. Tripe.
I am mostly pescatarian but I can't do those at all.
