I have gotten so used to a relatively low-sodium diet, that I find it very difficult to eat food cooked with a lot of salt.
I am not referring to salty snacks, like potato chips or pretzels. In those, the salt is point. But if someone makes a meatloaf, for example, with a lot of salt, I just can't get it down, even though I love meatloaf.
Although, if I were hungry and that was all that was available, I would force myself to eat some. So, maybe there is no food that I would absolutely refuse to eat under any circumstances.

@DrWatson My parents came from families prone to hypertension, so they never added much salt to food (they substituted other spices). So I find I don’t need much, and I rarely add it.
