@Amyrakunejo Yea i find most these big fast food chains just employ the fastest workers but not the ones that actually give a damn... But big bosses like profit so I guess that's all that matters.

@blackarcher256 Even the upper midwest regional pizza ranch has far better pressure fried chicken on their buffet line, I have cooked at both. It's all how chicken is breaded that makes the difference, kfc dips theirs in water with a basket to rinse it, which forms a moisture barrier between the seasoned flour and chicken, which makes the flour gummy next to the skin, and lets the oil soak into it while pressure frying, and not allowing the skin to crisp.
