@blackarcher256 Even the upper midwest regional pizza ranch has far better pressure fried chicken on their buffet line, I have cooked at both. It's all how chicken is breaded that makes the difference, kfc dips theirs in water with a basket to rinse it, which forms a moisture barrier between the seasoned flour and chicken, which makes the flour gummy next to the skin, and lets the oil soak into it while pressure frying, and not allowing the skin to crisp.

@blackarcher256 I've heard about Pope yes recently and it's now in the uk but I've not been yet never really see it.
