Mine went through the same stage. They do grow out of it. Not that you asked for advice but stick to your guns and don’t give in. They are trying to see how much they can get away with and will keep pushing. Don’t be afraid of WW3. It’s the only way they will learn and respect your authority.

If he thinks you're being annoying and lazy congratulate yourself. It means you're doing everything absolutely right and you're a fab Mum. He will know how to do things, be self sufficient, responsible and capable. 🙂

If he gets too much just change the Wifi password till his attitude improves

Inthink i kept my kid too busy with activities to act up. Karate, scouts, violin , and confirmation. We packed in a few others but it got to be too much. Computer came later but he didnt have a cell phone.

I think the one thing I most wanted from my parents at that age was something approaching respect. Sometimes the best way to learn a behavior is by observing it it others.

Yes I get that still! Told my daughter to take out the recycles, after much eye rolling and cupboard slaming she did it. Not to mentioned I've done it the last 5 times even if its her job.

Take the phone. Does her pay for it? Link it to your set time limits and have it shut down at a time each day.
