I am really really angry, any suggestions?

I have been really pissed off the whole day, and I cannot pinpoint the reason. Any suggestions on how to neutralize the anger?

What I normally do is write down my thoughts to either someone or a Word document. Then I re-read them the next day or the next week to figure out where I went wrong and improve so that I won't have to get angry about the same thing again.

Take a recorder or pencil and pad and walk.
Burn off the energy and get some exercise at the same time.

If you think of things that are annoying you write them down/record them then review when you get back.

That's what i do.

Go rage. Passing through is often easier than suppressing. Lift weights, punch a bag or run. If there's nothing else, rage while going up and down stairs.

@Effloresce And napping can make it worse after you wake up, at least that's been my experience. I only woke up angrier whenever that would happen. Either that or having brutal nightmares.

I had the same idea a while ago, until I read something about using punching bags and similar things to release anger can lead a person to more easilly become violent when angry.

Not gonna tell you what to do or not do, just wanted to make you aware 🙂
