I am really really angry, any suggestions?

I have been really pissed off the whole day, and I cannot pinpoint the reason. Any suggestions on how to neutralize the anger?

What I normally do is write down my thoughts to either someone or a Word document. Then I re-read them the next day or the next week to figure out where I went wrong and improve so that I won't have to get angry about the same thing again.
