@CuriousCouple25 Sounds perfect. I was outside doing yard work but it got a bit hot so I just had to return here to stroke my way back to serenity.

You look great to me but exercise always a good idea. I took up yoga two years ago and absolutely love it. So good for mind and body, I think.

I've been going for walks twice a day... mainly to clear / "reset" my brain after staring at the computer screen for hours, but I'm also starting to notice I feel physically healthier. There's something to be said for regular exercise, even if it isn't very strenuous.

Not sure how yoga works but it seems to have it advantages ,, I took tai chi when I was back east and it worked fine for me ,, as I have a few injuries from my former career.. But I just looked at your photos and you look GREAT ...

Good Day. Just wondering if you were able to start your exercise routine? Walking is a great start. I took up tennis at 51 and am loving it. I enjoy playing with a group of people. We get to chat and joke while playing.

Highly recommend getting like one of those stairmaster machines and bring it to work. I've been doing this for a couple of months now and it's been a really nice way to keep yourself active on a regular day :)

I get tired of exercise routines after a few months. I'm a big believer in finding activities you enjoy that also happen to be good exercise. Bike riding and hiking are some of my favorites.

yes i agree i to have been laid up cause of needing knee replacements ,,, but now both are replaced and started to walk more ,,, enjoying life again ,,,

I've been terrible at working out my whole life until I discovered OrangeTheory Fitness...its got everything you could want and you're done in 55 minutes and you don't need to think...just show up!

Motivation is what I like. I'm more or less like what's the point, but I got a watch with the blood pressure/step features. Has made it kinda interesting and fun.

Yoga is good keeps the heart in good shape and gives you more flexibility ,,,Mind Tai Che is also good for these things to ,,,
You say better shape. But if you're already petite, what shape are you aiming for? It sounds like you're good already.
