I Need to Exercise More

I definitely want to get into better shape this year. I am not large, rather petite, but do need to exercise. Maybe introduce more cardio into my life while a mild but growing interest in yoga.

@Teslin Yeah. I was pretty good for awhile until the pandemic hit.
