I definitely want to get into better shape this year. I am not large, rather petite, but do need to exercise. Maybe introduce more cardio into my life while a mild but growing interest in yoga.

Not sure how yoga works but it seems to have it advantages ,, I took tai chi when I was back east and it worked fine for me ,, as I have a few injuries from my former career.. But I just looked at your photos and you look GREAT ...
