I started exercising regularly back in October 2021. I walk nearly every single day. I try to get in 1 1/2 to 2 miles of walking. I also do weights to try to tone my body.
yeah, i walk 6 to 7 miles a day.......... have been doin this for the past 8 yrs or so......... i do some weights, but i stopped doing heavy weights a while back because it was rough on my joints.
@AthrillatheHunt I have used dumbells as part of my workout. I haven't used the bench press. I bought some workout material from Fit Over 50 that has helped me some.
@OverTheHill aaaaay paisan . Lol I think dumbbell curls for biceps and triceps and lunges w dumbbells for legs and benching covers it . I focus a lot on flexibility and a bit on endurance but not weights and I need to start . Where in NU JOISY and where do you call home now ? (Lived in NJ too).
i eat right, get as much sleep as I can, and work out 2x per day. I jog in the morning and i lift weights in the evening. i'm so sick and tired of caring for this piece of shit body 😞
