Are you still excited for birthdays? By that, I mean yours. Any plans?

@Casheyane I have actually spent quite a bit of time on and off with my parents throughout the years and later in life we have become a lot closer and I am fully aware that's fact one day they will not be here it would be very tough yes but the good thing is I have time and I have been prepared for that but the fact is since you want to point out facts my mother lives all the way in North Carolina my dad is in Key West I am in North Florida I will be in the house by myself for both my birthday and Christmas nobody in the vicinity celebrate with no dog no cat no closest Associates there it is

I know I used to pretend I didn't like it when my dad wanted us to go out and do something as a family. But the thing is, those days...those days are priceless.

But what you feel on that day, if other people don't see its worth, I hope you do anyway. Go treat yourself! For being alive. It's a precious gift.

@Casheyane I'm not worth the fuss really. There were years my birthday didn't even get acknowledged.

Now I do like to make people feel special on their birthdays.

@mindstruggle How old are you if I may ask? We seem to be in the same age group.

@Casheyane She is in physical therapy right now. Maybe in the spring we could go. We had planned on loading the motorhome and going to New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Nevada if we have the time. We were planning on taking two months for the trip.

@Musicman I hope her physical therapy goes well and she's feeling better soon
