@Cigarguy It isn't! It is the day you were born. A special day.

But what you feel on that day, if other people don't see its worth, I hope you do anyway. Go treat yourself! For being alive. It's a precious gift.

@Casheyane I'm not worth the fuss really. There were years my birthday didn't even get acknowledged.

Now I do like to make people feel special on their birthdays.
