Which one of these is you? And why?

I used to carry on reguardless....but then, that's what mums do. It took a lot to send me to bed.... maybe a migraine or high fever.

But my kids are grown now, so i get to look after me more.
Plus i love my bed .....if i have a damn good reason to stay in it most of the day - imma gonna take it💪

Depends on how bad it is and the symptoms. I try to listen to my body and give it what it needs. A lot of times I find if I take the time to rest, my body heals much faster than if I try to power through it.

So for me that whole situation is fluidic. I am a, I have a cold but I got obligations.

I want to be, I have a cold and plan to lay in bed all day, but if I take off of work, I need to go to the doctor's office so I can get a note for work to dismiss the point I would get for missing work.

That's the problem with why people show up to work sick. Because way back in the day you could legit call out sick and no problem.

But because it was insanely abused, companies have now made it to where if you call off, you get 1 point. 8 points is termination. If you use PTO to cover that day, you still get a point because you weren't physically there to do work.

4, mainly because working in the healthcare profession you can't get sick and if you do. They still want you in.

I marked the second option because I haven't had real obligations in a very long time. 😆
I mean, if I really had to be somewhere because not being there would have pretty bad consequences for me, I'd mark the first one. Either that or I would have to go to a doctor to get a stamp/sick leave.
