A very simple question asked, yet half the rambling comments are about the vaccine. Sympathy about someone’s death irrespective of their choice? No chance on here, just gloating. Sad
@BeefySenpie Honestly I feel nothing but sadness for those unvaccinated who died, because those deaths seem senseless to me. They include some family members. I’m also aware that some people were vaccinated who still died from the virus. I don’t personally know anyone who has died from the vaccine.
Dozens, including coworkers who “did their own research” , and refused the vaccine. Within my own personal circle, a close friend from high school, who died a week after his 1st grandchild was born, never actually having held her in his arms. Every death has followed a depressing pattern:
Looks like we’re going to agree to disagree, though I would add that the Mayo Clinic is a non-profit academic center that specializes in research, and receives funding through both the NIH and through private charitable foundations. They have absolutely no need to accept corporate money, as they’re generously endowed. @Fairydust
Noone in my family has been affected or have had any symptoms. We are all vaccinated and boosted and healthy, no flues or diseases either praise God. I have only gotten one flu shot in my life and that's the year I was sick for weeks. I won't get another shot.
@Carazaa the same happened to me after the flu shot and I won't get again. Glad that you and your family members haven't had any adverse affects due to the vaccine
Almost everyone i know has had covid and i know 3 people who have died who had it. I caught it b4 the vaccine was avail and still suffer some effects 2 years later. I have underlining conditions
I know a good friend who got it at the beginning Almost died Still can’t work and never will again Some vaccinated got it but not strong I got my flu shot and last covid shot No problems
Many people.. including my own two children have gotten Covid, one once the other three times.... I knew ONE 34 year old who died, watched remotely as he was buried - not cool,..... I have been VERY careful and even MORE careful early on before the vaccines were available.. I have NOT gotten it, my Wife has not gotten it, my elderly Mother has not gotten it.. I have been vaccinated five times and I am going in for my sixth shot very soon.. I do NOT go into venues with out a respirator with the proper filters on it.. I take this very seriously..
We know a man who died from the "treatment". His widow is justifiably upset since the hospital used treatments that were to have been halted due to their danger.
My brother in law died of complications for m COVID. Many of my friends and relatives caught COVID and some became very sick, only my BIL was hospitalized though.
Unvaccinated, caught covid... Pneumonia in my right lung, lower lobe... Full recovery
I weighed the pros and cons of vaccination, talking to health professionals and knew the decision I was making, now my immune system stronger because of it. It's not the right decision for everyone, but due to the health risks regarding the ingredients of the vaccine, I made the right decision for me
Myself, unvaccinated, got COVID, pneumonia, due to sensitivity of acquiring it after a serious car collision that left me bedridden for an extended period of time and now have the natural antibodies to it, with none of the risks from the vaccine
@1pebbles Yeah, and as an added bonus, you gave the virus the opportunity to mutate in order to bypass the immune system of vaccinated individuals and continue killing. Go you.
@1pebbles five times vaccinated, no ill effects what so ever and thus far with precautions I and my Wife have avoided the disease. Natural or vaccine induced antibodies do not provide long lasting protection... The disease is exponentially FAR more dangerous than the vaccine... My Daughter tried that natural immunity routine on me, she has had the disease two more times... hence me being rather unconvinced of the efficacy of that argument... Well that and I know of one fellow who died from the disease... at age 34....
Probably a couple of dozen I could name who have had it. Some of them (including myself) two or three times. I can think of a few I've known personally who died from it, including a woman I dated when we were in our teens, a local preachers wife, and the son of a friend.
@Patientlywaiting that a fine government report. When the govert says were here to help, run away screaming. These are the same people that put LSD in drinking water in France. Babies and all were stoned. Just to see what they could do with it. Agent orange that was absolutely safe. Legalized cocaine twice in this country.(Coke refreshed) People are coming down with all kinds of side effects from shot. Flat just dropping over dead Yeah I sound like a nut but look at History.
@Applepiedom no, you have been fed a lot of anti-vaxx garbage. I didn't not think you meant harm, your u are just misguided. It is your choice to not accept the facts offered, and the tremendous effectiveness of the vaccine.
Just about everyone I know has gotten it at least once. 3 have passed away from it. I’m the only one who so far, hasn’t gotten it. I tested negative yesterday.
One may have died from it. He was 86 years old and came down with some respiratory disease, and died within a few days after being hospitalized. Not sure if it was covid. It was early during the pandemic, he wasn't vaxxed; it wasn't yet available.
@Shaveit ask the over 3 million dead worldwide, over 1.1 million in the US alone, ask the tens of thousands suffering Fr m what is now being called long covid!
I've known well over a dozen people who have gotten it, and at least one who is definitely dead.
Funny thing, the guy who died from it told me that wearing masks and distancing was just the government's way of testing to see if we would take the mark of the beast.
