interesting
so far it is only Zambia and Malaysia - countries with high rates of overstaying their visa.
and here's the fun part - posting the visa doesn't guarantee that the visa will even be granted
wonder if it will be expanded.
he's already made it tougher for student visas and that's going to hurt institutions that charge a higher out of state tuition.

He's destroying his own people. It's going downhill pretty fast for us regular folk, but he's untouchable. It's idiotic to hear people say we're not doing anything about it. Our system is and always has been designed to support corruption.
If I didn't have a child, I'd go after trump myself. He doesn't deserve the air he breathes.
I watched him gloating about all his money. Like he's made America prosperous. He's made himself prosperous, not his country. Most of us can't miss a day of work or we'll lose our shirts. I don't think people understand how severe it is, and because it's his face representing us, it's assumed we're all a bunch of lard ass snobs.
It'll have to get really bad before anyone realizes he's another fkn Hitler.

Could that be the start of a truly isolationist and restrictive regime as we see in Russia, China and Iran? It may seem far-fetched, but it all starts with a single step towards that thinking. Keeping out foreigners who may bring in ideas which they don't want their population to know is what their restriction is all about.

It's not far-fetched... it's the goal. You can watch it happening right now in real-time - and the americans are sleep-walking their way into it.

@badminton Asking that of nations at any official level would be tantamount to asking their interference in the USA's internal party-politics.
They, or most of them, will refuse that.
It would have to be for the individual to choose personally; and most tourists would not want to be part of their host's domestic squabbles, though might be deterred by American policies affecting international travel.

For now it is only for 1 year period and there is no system set to return money. I believe its 5, 10, 15 thousand fees.

Interesting none of the MAGAts haven't chimed in. I actually see 23 of the supposedly 24 replies.

@newjaninev2 In that same article, it also mentions that there are few details.
Something else had to have happened. I doubt they just randomly decided she needed arrested.

@HoeBag are you unaware of how visitors to the american autocracy are treated?
I've lived there for extended periods three times, and often visited, but that was when it was a democracy. Now I won't even transit through the place.

@newjaninev2 I do live here so I do not know how foreigners are treated.
I do not know but somehow I doubt everyone entering the US is treated like a criminal, I mean there would be too many. Maybe step through a metal detector and check passport, is there something else?

Can't wait to see what nations are allowed to compete in the Olympics.
Trump will probably allow Russia, and China.....maybe Saudi Arabia and Israel.....nobody else need apply.
