It’s interesting that most of the traits in the answers so far are human traits and behaviors that aren’t gender-specific. To me, classy behavior comes down to how we treat each other and the integrity that we bring to the table. One very quick barometer is how a person treats the staff in a restaurant or any other situation where they’re the customer. Someone who’s terse or rude to a waiter or waitress immediately comes off as classless regardless of how expensive their attire might be.

She’s great with children and they gravitate to her. She’s kind and feminine and modest doesn’t flaunt her sexuality. She’s not arrogant lets you win when ur wrong and doesn’t say I told u so when it fails. She’s just there to nurture u untill u figure it out that you’re wrong.

A classy woman to me is when she is caught in an uncomfortable situation or discussion, she stays level headed and responds in an intelligent, kind and thoughtful way. She doesn't let on that what happened was disturbing or weird. She then moves on and forgets about it.

Someone who you can tell she brushed her hair, she doesn't have to wear make up, but she's ... I don't know how to explain it without sounding like a douche but, someone who cares about how she looks. It could be something small, a haircut, a nice out fit.. clean white sneakers...right there I think.. she's classy.
And she's wearing something that fits her and makes her look good. Shape or weight doesnt matter. It's that shes not walking around wearing her boyfriends sweat pants.

Neutrality.

Definitely not overly confident ("exudes confidence") .

That's points to arrogance.

The restaurant staffing example is a good example of neutrality.

To me, it's all about facial expression when speaking to others. Exuding interest and being focused on someone else's words.
