What’s a gesture or behavior that instantly makes a woman seem classy?

A classy woman to me is when she is caught in an uncomfortable situation or discussion, she stays level headed and responds in an intelligent, kind and thoughtful way. She doesn't let on that what happened was disturbing or weird. She then moves on and forgets about it.
