Besides money, what do you get from your job/work?

Lately, I've realized how important it is to work not just for money. I'm wondering, what else could it be?

I get a paid exercise program. I have a tall building I can climb once a week or so. I get get to work with hot noisy dangerous machines... and that's kinda fun!

I learned a whole bunch of new stuff too, that's been cool.
It's nice to be valued for what you do and how you do it.

Making a positive difference (both, directly and indirectly) in people's life is immensly satisfying and rewarding.
I only work for the money, I don't love my job. It pays the bills, and it's not that stressful.

When I worked, I was honestly a mercenary. I went wherever the money was. I was good at what I did and enjoyed aspects of it, but the money was always my priority when it came to work.

Freedom compared with other jobs. Things are relatively flexible and I still get okay benefits. I can go for a run during my lunch break.

I have a physical job. Keeps me in shape. The money is good also.
