Okay..., as much things are out of our control.

Abba, as we come before you I pray for the one known as lilliesandlight.

I ask on her behalf that you fill her with the Holy spirit giving her all that she can recieve and interceeding on her behalf as she is judged.

[b]We bind the spirit of heaviness according to Matthew 18:18 and Loose the garment of praise ,Oil of joy and comfort.
We choose to uproot every root from our life and plant the seeds of the word that will keep us free.

In Jesus's mighty name we pray. Let your will be done..,

In high emotionally charged situations its good to stay professional...in a calm manner you can explain the evidence, facts that justify your decisions/actions.
...respectfully agree to disagree, communicate actions for moving forward..
...possibly transferring to different departments?
...if you lose your job, then perhaps its meant to be and will provide an opportunity for you to find a new one..many many places are hiring. Good luck 🙏💕

I don’t see why you should be on trial when you were permitted to write her up as you see fit. I would stand my ground on your evidence that she is a subpar employee and don’t back down - you were just!
