Can y'all please pray for me

I'm in trouble at work. I wrote up a terrible employee at work. She's earned being fired tenfold. Absolutely horrible. Attitude, costs the office thousands of dollars, never does anything right. Disrupts the workflow in they office cause she wants attention.

So she deserves the write up. I was told by my boss that I can write her up when I see fit, as I'm her supervisor.

Unfortunately, this terrible employee is a master manipulator, and has played victim. She also sucks up to the boss.

So I'm the one in trouble now. I have to meet with the boss tomorrow so I can get bitched out for doing my job. My write up was thrown out and she got off Scott free, and now I'm the one in trouble.

I'm very, very anxious and I feel I'm the one about to lose her job. I need help.

@SW-User it didn't this time. I'm the one who got in trouble. I realized my manager is a terrible person who shows favoritsm and doesn't know how to run a business. She told me I need to be professional... This lady smarted off at the doctor. And she gets nothing. I wrote her up for it, and I get told that I'm a bully.

@Lilliesandlight I'm sorry to hear. Continue to do your best... I know that sounds like a cliche... and learn to keep your options open. You may want to move to a new job or position.

@Lilliesandlight Oh wow... good for you. I"m a Systems Engineer...but not the IT kind (integration, requirements, etc.). But IT jobs will continue to grow and grow.

@Lilliesandlight It's a challenge. I have two Masters... but the first was from age 27-29... and the second was while working, from age 48 to 50

@Lilliesandlight Well... I'm NOT a counselor or advisor...but I can think of two things.

SW-User

First, find something you could be good at...and combine it with something that has jobs opening... enough for you to start, and could earn a living.
Both will require some research.
