Can y'all please pray for me

I'm in trouble at work. I wrote up a terrible employee at work. She's earned being fired tenfold. Absolutely horrible. Attitude, costs the office thousands of dollars, never does anything right. Disrupts the workflow in they office cause she wants attention.

So she deserves the write up. I was told by my boss that I can write her up when I see fit, as I'm her supervisor.

Unfortunately, this terrible employee is a master manipulator, and has played victim. She also sucks up to the boss.

So I'm the one in trouble now. I have to meet with the boss tomorrow so I can get bitched out for doing my job. My write up was thrown out and she got off Scott free, and now I'm the one in trouble.

I'm very, very anxious and I feel I'm the one about to lose her job. I need help.

@Muthafukajones no, boss is female. Boss is married to the doctor. Both boss and the doctor told me I could write her up. Then when I finally do, they act like I'm a horrible person. That I'm just picking on her.

@Lilliesandlight you could go to your bosses boss. If that doesn’t work I would consider finding another job. If everyone is unreasonable it’s not good for your mental health.!

@Muthafukajones they've already lost one employee because of her. And they are about to lose the nurse that's been there for 18 years. The terrible employee has shown her so, so much disrespect. And the nurse had gone to manager and nothing is done about it
