Can y'all please pray for me

I'm in trouble at work. I wrote up a terrible employee at work. She's earned being fired tenfold. Absolutely horrible. Attitude, costs the office thousands of dollars, never does anything right. Disrupts the workflow in they office cause she wants attention.

So she deserves the write up. I was told by my boss that I can write her up when I see fit, as I'm her supervisor.

Unfortunately, this terrible employee is a master manipulator, and has played victim. She also sucks up to the boss.

So I'm the one in trouble now. I have to meet with the boss tomorrow so I can get bitched out for doing my job. My write up was thrown out and she got off Scott free, and now I'm the one in trouble.

I'm very, very anxious and I feel I'm the one about to lose her job. I need help.

... Thank y'all so much for y'all's support, it means a lot to me

I don’t see why you should be on trial when you were permitted to write her up as you see fit. I would stand my ground on your evidence that she is a subpar employee and don’t back down - you were just!

@NiftyWhite I don't understand it either. I did as I was told. I've gotten so many mixed signals from the doctor and wife. First they act they don't want her there, and they ask me to write her up. Then I do, and they treat me like I'm done kind of monster

@Lilliesandlight Then tell them that. - You can’t tell me to write her up as I see fit and then pull the rug under me when I do. Stand your ground! There’s something fishy here. Write all your reasons and documentation on why she’s been written up so you can bring them up as support if needed. Also remind them that you’re working for their interests to make the place run how it should to meet its needs which is what you were hired to do
