Can y'all please pray for me

I'm in trouble at work. I wrote up a terrible employee at work. She's earned being fired tenfold. Absolutely horrible. Attitude, costs the office thousands of dollars, never does anything right. Disrupts the workflow in they office cause she wants attention.

So she deserves the write up. I was told by my boss that I can write her up when I see fit, as I'm her supervisor.

Unfortunately, this terrible employee is a master manipulator, and has played victim. She also sucks up to the boss.

So I'm the one in trouble now. I have to meet with the boss tomorrow so I can get bitched out for doing my job. My write up was thrown out and she got off Scott free, and now I'm the one in trouble.

I'm very, very anxious and I feel I'm the one about to lose her job. I need help.

@496sbc she got off Scott free. The manager took my write up and threw it out. I'm the one who got in trouble. She told me I was bullying her. I wanted her to do her damn job and sit still at her desk like an adult. Quit making mistakes and quit treating everyone with disrespect. She flat out refuses to see her job at times. But I'm the wrong one here???

@496sbc well the boss is the doctor's wife. That's her only qualification to be manager. That she's married to him. She's not even on the books officially, not even paid as manager. But she still trumps everyone in the office, even her husband. And this shit employee sucks up to get and manipulates her. I've told her that she's manipulative but she won't listen. All I hear in respond is, "well I think she's precious and I need her" She needs someone to offend patients, fuck up the schedule and give everyone else attitude?
