What's your take on instant noodles?

Doctored they can be pretty good. Forget any flavoring though. Too much salt.

I have half a mind to just make a bunch of pasta and freeze it after being cooked. Then nuke it with whatever broth, vegies and flavors.

Angel hair paste isn't that much different than Ramen. Yet it does need to be cook and rinsed to remove the starch.

You get twice as much Angel hair paste for around the same price as ramen.

I liked the flavor but learned how unhealthy the oils are in them and stopped buying. I was making Ramen noodle soup and adding garlic, onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms and chicken or beef, and soy sauce to them and making a tasty soup for lunch.

I always save some steak when I cook it and have ramen the next day with mixed vegies, eggs, and lots of schezwan sauce. 😋

Never had them, wouldn't try them.

I use the noodles to make a simple easy one pot casserole.

Boil two packets, i prefer beef, with one can of corn with the corn juice, once it boils crack in three jumbo eggs, scramble them in with the boiling noodle and corn, drain once the eggs are cooked and mixed in, add the seasoning packets and course ground pepper, the seasoning adds the saltiness, four ounces of your favorite shredded cheese, melt it, then a quarter cup of butter and sour cream each, stir in. Enjoy.
