Nope. Only the storms, when they come in, can make me feel that way. Storms make my wrists ache so badly I can hardly use my hands...and they don't do my back any favors, either.

@4meAndyou Dr. Becker said it’s best to take with turmeric at the same time because it creates a synergetic effect that multiplies the effectiveness. Also Meriva turmeric is the most bio effective turmeric, it has higher levels of cucurmin

@cherokeepatti My keyboard is not functioning. Can type more on Saturday.

@4meAndyou NOW the damned thing is working. It's really intermittent, though. R, E, and W have not worked all morning. I ordered a new keyboard. Anyway, I was going to say, I ordered a supplement for my back that contain turmeric and ginger and devils claw and a ton of other things, so that should do the trick.

Medical treatment has me feeling that way right now. Maybe I’ll feel better in a couple days. I’m not doing an anything chore-related till I feel better. Then it’ll be laundry and some light housework.

@cherokeepatti Take good care of yourself, Patti. You are precious to your friends and the boy, and to Ray, and most especially to Boo Boo!!!! ☺️

@4meAndyou thank you. I came home after being gone 6 hours and put up my things and told Boo-Boo I was going to sleep so he hasn’t bothered with trying to get my attention. He knows I am in the bedroom.

I think there's a transition period, from being outside, to stuck inside. I tend to look around then and realize all the things that need to get done around the house that I don't do during warmer weather as I'm doing things outside. Initially overwhelming I go into flight mode.

Usually but it's not a rule. For example in 2020 and last year I felt very happy, at times euphoric around this time of the year. I miss it now.

I get seasonal depression. But it's usually the low light and long nights that get me. When it's cold, I just stay in.
melissa001 · 51-55, F
I get winter depression really bad.
melissa001 · 51-55, F
@cherokeepatti I have a bright one, but just knowing it's cold and I can't go outside messes with my mood.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@melissa001 I used to work indoors all day long. By December I would feel like my batteries were about to go dead. After I retired from that job I worked at Walmart indoors for 15 months and didn’t feel that way. I suspect it was due to all the skylights in the store letting in natural sunlight. And I worked another job indoors and there was skylights in that small building as well, never got run down in the winters there.

@cherokeepatti I have panic attacks and so I stay in my house unless I go to the grocery once a week. So that leaves me with little chance to be outside at all.

Winter weather does not depress me but cold does tend to make me lazy, rather than lethargic.
Sojournersoul · M
The cold does not bother me much but was a reason i moved south.
Raaii · 22-25, F
