What the heck does it mean when someone keeps saying things that contradict?

Like one second they're praising you, the next they're accusing you. One moment they're calm, the next they're angry. They ask you to tell them things, then get mad at what you say. Nothing makes sense, what is that?

Don't have an argument? Do this: 1. identify person who disagrees with you. 2. Label them a "troll" 3. Block them so there is no opportunity to lose

And you can pretend it was done due to some moral superiority over them being a "troll", and not your lack of ability to convey an argument. That seems the 101 online. Imagine any institution in real life acting like that.
