I have to go out with my friends in an hour

I have a good friend who needs to go out with friends, just to be with others and have a change of scenery. If you haven't been in a while, maybe you should think about going. If it's a regular thing, I agree, stay home.

Totally get it—sometimes the thought of going out feels heavier than it should. But hey, a hot shower and doing your hair might be just the little reset you need.
