I have no alt accounts. But on SW I have two different personalities. One is not liked by some. That person rises up and fights the political BS and left insanity. I have been better not getting into lengthy conflicts. The other likes the humorous and thought provoking posts like this.
Is there an alternate me? Absolutely and he is only meant to meet with truly special connections. He lives behind the SW personality and someone very astute may be able to see parts of him by stepping way back and looking carefully from a distance.

I have tried both way, looking back over the past few yrs, an alt account is the way to go

trying to represent 100% authentic Me in 1 account is just too much, it's better represent/ let people see chunks/slices.

Surely they're both the real you, just different aspects.
All my accounts on here have been the real me; some have just been closer than others to the everyday me that people see off line.

I never understood how people can keep up different alts/personalities. It's different to have a quiet alt profile. That is quiet . Just never made sense to me i guess. But, hey. To each they own.

I did that on IMVU, mainly stuck with one and soon forgot about the alt

Alts are no longer worth it anymore anyway.

They were useful for reporting people who had vendettas against you to the point where they were talking about you months and years after you blocked them... but not anymore.
