Ladies how do you get used to the pain of wearing high heels?

@MsAnnThropy a week or so back some Japanese minister said it's more of less expected for women to wear heels at work ...

@Straylight the only time I consider heels is for occasions like weddings but not for long. I changed into sliders at my cousins wedding after 10 minutes and only changed back into them for pictures. I can't do heels.
