Ladies how do you get used to the pain of wearing high heels?

I'm 26 and still haven't got the hang of it. Flats and sneakers all the way.
Those of you who wear heels are secretly wonderwomen.

I don't. I'd be over 6ft in heels and look like I have a cactus stuck in my ass walking in them so I'm probably not the best to ask.

@Straylight the only time I consider heels is for occasions like weddings but not for long. I changed into sliders at my cousins wedding after 10 minutes and only changed back into them for pictures. I can't do heels.
