Ladies how do you get used to the pain of wearing high heels?

I'm 26 and still haven't got the hang of it. Flats and sneakers all the way.
Those of you who wear heels are secretly wonderwomen.

I am glad women wear high heels. They are sexy on a woman. Especially if she has nice legs.
