When does your mind become silent?

Never. I pray for the day i get to feel that. I try meditation but i have serios scars that dont let down.

Usually can shut it down with a quiet place and a good view. Work night shift most the time so a good sunrise helps wind down the mind. Hits the off button.

Never, but I'm not always a wreck. Even on the darkest beach, away from city lights, and the stars are at their brightest, in that moment, my mind is on my creator.

I don't think it ever truly becomes silent, it's more like it's either chattery and positive or chattery and negative 🤔
