Ways to cope with bad anger issues

I need ways to help me cop with my anger and depression. I go to gaming, but as soon as I stop my mindruns rampet. I'm getting a job hopefully soon, any other methods?
Use MSM....excellent! for anxiety and depression. Take it first thing in the morning, to begin with. Just one. Then after a week or so, you can take two a day if you want. GABA, is another excellent one, which is known as the "happy pill". I know other things help as well. Especially sublingual B-12, (the best!!) which I take in cherry flavor and melts under your tongue. I get it from Walmart. Make sure you get the sublingual. Very good flavor. I pop as many as I want, under my tongue at any time I feel I need them. Tastes great!!

Then there's B-Complex, Vit. C, and Vit. D-3. Calcium/Magnesium before you go to bed. 3 capsules

There are also men and women's Vitamins at Walmart, especially for emotional balance, which are great.
Oh yes! Excellent! @triangless:

Do you exercise? How is your diet? Do you get enough sleep?

@WiseValentine: Yeah sleep deprivation and a bad diet can make you easily feel irritated, I know from experience. Like someone commented before, magnesium is very good for sleeping, but I wouldn't consume more than it's prescribed for.

Also make sure you eat a little bit every few hours, starvation is also a cause of lack of sleep.

Maybe counselling

@ConfusedMonkey: I have given it thought, but I have a hard time opening up to people. Still something I might try!

therapy is a fantastic place for emotional issues of any kind if you are looking for a quick temporary fix I was told once by a professional that physical activity was a great release for the time

@betweenfatandfit: Walks tend to help me every now and again. :) Maybe one day I'll be able to go to a gym!
