Ways to cope with bad anger issues

I need ways to help me cop with my anger and depression. I go to gaming, but as soon as I stop my mindruns rampet. I'm getting a job hopefully soon, any other methods?

Do you exercise? How is your diet? Do you get enough sleep?

@triangless: I walk every night. My diet is pretty bad. I not eat much when I have my episodes and I can catch at most 4 or 5 hours of sleep per night.

@WiseValentine: Yeah sleep deprivation and a bad diet can make you easily feel irritated, I know from experience. Like someone commented before, magnesium is very good for sleeping, but I wouldn't consume more than it's prescribed for.

Also make sure you eat a little bit every few hours, starvation is also a cause of lack of sleep.
