First; congratulations to your son and you for quite an achievement.

Second; following the accident I was involved with in Texas of course one anticipated a struggle with the other party’s insurance company. On contacting them on my return to WV as agreed to before leaving TX, I was told they had Googled my address and gave me four places that were approved to do the repairs. Once I picked one she put me on hold then told me to take my vehicle there on the 15th and a rental will be waiting for me. Without a doubt the best I have ever been treated by an auto insurance company!

Mine was very simple. We got snow. 😂 We’ve had two years with very little snow and brown Christmases and I was just completely bummed out by that, plus it sets me worrying about spring drought. lol So a good healthy first dose of snow and a white Christmas on the horizon has perked me right up. 😄👍

Being able to drive my Jeep again. It’s a standard and I am recovering from a surgery that was impeding my driving. Just having the freedom back and not having to rely on others is just great. Plus my dog absolutely loves going for a jeep ride.

Definitely been having to search for the small things because this year has been pretty shit awful. Last week was nice. Had some time off from work and I let myself tune out the noise for a bit. Did a couple things I had been wanting to do and just hung out with my kids. It felt selfish to some degree but I think I needed that.
