Weekly check in!

I'm am actually happy with 95% of my life. I'm in a good spot.

Work week was good, except for staying late everyday, but so goes my new promotion to a salary leadership role.

Best part of my week was going to feed the geese at a local park. Those little guys always put a smile on face when they come a running when they see us.

A couple of members of my team are in dire need of proper training, which I am providing, but playing catch up because their full and proper training was put on the back burner, makes me feel like I'm under pressure.

Plans this weekend are to barbecue at a local park and enjoy the last of the warm weather.

I am doing great, this week was miserable.

I am in the mountains of WV with my motorcycle, and it has rained every day.

It is frustrating to look out the window and see your motorcycle getting rained on. I enjoy thunderstorms so there were a few nice moments listening to the rain on the roof and the thunder.

Weekend plans, to ride a little weather permitting and install performance exhaust and air cleaner.

Most of the week I had a nagging headache; not sure if weather or allergy related. So didn’t accomplish much.

Highlight of the week had to be getting a new bed ensemble as I slowly redecorate the house.

The low light being the person I’m trying to separate myself from and won’t give it up.

Weekend plans mostly depend on the weather, hopefully a lot of outdoor time.

I’m good.

Busy. Treading water. But manageable.

Daily phone calls.

Cutting out carbs.

Yard work. Sleep. Closing the pool.

Week was been stressful had a lot of doctors appointment for the whole family but now I'm sitting by the pool on a mini vacation with my partner

Doing a 5K tomorrow, then probably errands on Sunday

Determined and confident

Had off Tuesday and Wednesday for the Jewish holidays . My energy level is pretty high for a Friday after work.
