What’s the best way to cheer you up on a bad day?

I have to be in charge of that, for myself...because I try not to let other people know if I am having a bad day. I do have a friend whom I could tell, but he is on a lifetime bummer trip, so...not much help to me.

Now, I haven't done this in about 15 years, but lately, I have been thinking how awesome it would be to go to Friendlies and order a hot fudge sundae with hunka chunka peanut butter fudge ice cream, whipped cream and nuts!

Just a word from my love makes a bad day better, and a good day divine. ☺️

Come on a hike in the forest with me.
Come walk beside me on a beach here.
Sing to great music from the 60's or 70's or 80's with me.
Sit beside me and let's watch a movie from Netflix. You can pick one.
Listen to me vent. Then we can talk about something else.
Make a simple poem just for me.
I really do not have many bad days. I spin them positive.

They told me to cheer up, things could be worse. So I cheered up, and sure enough, things got worse

Buy me food.

Being gifted with a lifetime of smokes, coke, restaurant pizzas, burgers, edibles, and the internet, plus some handyman who'll come over and fix anything that needs fixin'. Then i'd cheer up just like that *snaps fingers*

Maybe few of words of affirmation ans reassurance. If materials we say, an ice cream will do.

Making money, getting rest.
